Terms and conditions


Grants from the Bryant Trust are offered on the following terms:
  1. That you will if requested give us your bank account details, and a copy of your most recent statement. We may at our option pay the grant directly to your bank account or send you a cheque.

  2. That you will acknowledge receipt of the grant cheque and confirm that the grant will be spent for the purpose approved, by returning our receipt.

  3. That having received the grant you will not use it for other than the approved purpose without agreeing this with us first.

  4. That you will on request send us a progress report and a copy of your annual report and accounts at the end of the grant year.

  5. That you may if you wish acknowledge the grant in any publicity material or publications.

  6. That you agree that the Bryant Trust may use your name in its own publicity material. You also agree that the Bryant Trust may put a link from our website to your website if you have one.

  7. That the Bryant Trust may wish to visit to see your project and the work we have part-funded.

  8. That you agree to refund to the Bryant Trust any part of your grant that is not required for the purpose approved.

  9. That the Bryant Trust may withhold your grant or require repayment if we have reasonable grounds for suspecting that you have supplied false information to the Trust.

  10. That the Bryant Trust reserves the right to withhold a grant if your organisation becomes insolvent or goes into administration, receivership or liquidation.

  11. That the Bryant Trust may sometimes add additional conditions for particular grants. We will set these out in our letter of offer.
